
Health and Safety remains at the forefront of the company's operations, £2 is donated each time an employee completes a safety card. The target of 500 cards has been met therefore a £1000 donation has been secured.
Janice Hagan, Premier Power's HR, Health, Safety and Security Manager, said;
"This scheme is another demonstration of Premier Power's first class commitment to Health and Safety. Over £3000 has been generated by the scheme and is donated to a charity of employees choosing. On this occasion we are delighted to hand over this £1000 to Action Cancer, knowing that it will be used to great effect."
Maeve Fox, Corporate Fundraiser for Action Cancer, commented;
"We thank Premier Power for their kind donations whose efforts in maintaining good safety practice has helped Action Cancer to save lives and support people affected by cancer in Northern Ireland. Our life saving services include breast screening for women, men's MOT health checks, health promotion, counseling and complementary therapy. We rely very heavily on public and business donations and we are very grateful to Premier Power for choosing to help Action Cancer."
